Bennett Returns To Lineup For Game 3 Vs Hurricanes

Panthers Get Big Boost from Bennett's Return

Bennett Returns to Lineup for Game 3 vs. Hurricanes

Triumph at PNC Arena Propels Florida to Stanley Cup Final

The Florida Panthers received a major boost with the return of forward Sam Bennett in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference Final series against the Carolina Hurricanes. Bennett, who had been sidelined with a lower-body injury since Game 2 of the second round, made an immediate impact upon his return, scoring a goal and assisting on another in Florida's 6-2 victory.

Bennett's presence on the ice was palpable, as the Panthers controlled the play for much of the game. His goal, which came on a power play in the second period, gave Florida a 3-0 lead and essentially put the game out of reach. Bennett also set up Anthony Duclair for a goal in the third period, further cementing the Panthers' dominance.

The Panthers' victory on Wednesday was their second in a row in the series, giving them a 2-1 lead heading into Game 4. With Bennett back in the lineup, Florida will be confident that they can close out the series and advance to their second Stanley Cup Final in franchise history.
